Beginning Wednesday, August 5, contractors working on the City’s fuel-mitigation project may begin operating equipment as early as 5:00 a.m. on weekdays. This schedule will continue until the project is complete.

Residents near active work areas may hear mastication and other equipment earlier than normally expected. Contractors have been directed to minimize unnecessary noise near residences and comply with all applicable fire-safety and project requirements.
