How to Submit a Request
Public records requests may be submitted:
In person at City Hall
By printing and submitting the Public Records Request Form to the City Clerk
The City will acknowledge the request and provide additional information regarding the anticipated response timeline.
Response and Document Availability
The City will review the request to determine whether it seeks disclosable records maintained by the City. Additional time may be required when a request involves a large volume of records, records located at another facility, or consultation with another City department or public agency.
Requesters will be notified when records are available and of any applicable duplication or media costs. Payment may be required before copies are released.
Appointments may be arranged for individuals who request to inspect records rather than receive copies.
Certain records may be withheld or redacted when disclosure is restricted or exempt under applicable law.
