OBJECTIVES: To have funding, which is made available from churches and the community thrift shop, for fuel, food, and lodging as may be necessary by travelers stranded in the community.
LEVEL OF SERVICE: To make available, through the police department, vouchers payable to local merchants to serve the needs of the stranded traveler.
