A. Sign Permit for business center – 295 Main Street: The Planning Commission will consider application submitted by Paul and Vivian Willis requesting a business marquee on the north side of the building at 295 Main Street.

B. Architectural Review – Warehouse at 800 Highway 97: The Planning Commission will complete the design review process for construction of a warehouse for Black Butte Auto.

C. Sign Permit for dental office – 591 Main Street: The Planning Commission will consider application submitted by Todd Weaver requesting a business sign on his new office building.

D. Zoning Ordinance – storage containers: The Planning Commission will continue to review zoning ordinance amendment for application in residential zones.

E. Housing Element: The Planning Commission will receive and consider a draft of amendment of the zoning ordinance to comply with Housing Element guidelines.

F. General Plan Review: The Planning Commission will commence annual review of the City’s General Plan.
